Yeşim Aşuroğlu was born in Üsküdar. During her time in the United States, she completed her associate's degree in Psychology at Irvine Valley College (IVC). She then pursued her bachelor's degree at Istanbul University and her master's degree in the same field at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. In addition to her formal education, she has earned certificates in various fields, including NLP, Education and Student & Teacher Coaching, and Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language.

Throughout her career, she has worked in various private schools as a teacher, head of department, and coordinator. She also guided students in summer school programs in the UK. She continues to teach IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses for students aspiring to study abroad. In 2024, she has begun working as a lecturer at Fatih Sultan Mehmet University.
